Steps:

1. Wash your face with your daily face wash.

2. Take the compact of your shade and apply evenly all over your face.
* make sure it doesn't look fake, so apply lightly

3. In the picture Miley's Lashes are curled, but curling your eye lashes is optional. So curl your eye lashes now and if you don't want to, proceed to step 4.

4. Apply the black mascara to your eye lashes, making sure you don't have any clumps.

5. Next pose by smiling naturally. Keep that pose and apply peach blush on the apples of your cheeks as you're smiling. Enjoy!
