Steps:

1. Wash your face, and then dry with a towel.

2. Apply a foundation closest to your natural skin tone. If you do not like using foundation you do not have to use it.

3. Use a lighter color blush and apply gently to your cheeks.

4. Miley really isn’t wearing any noticeable eyeliner, so apply a light black color to your eye.

5. Apply a light color (natural color) eye shadow to the eyelid.

6. Last apply a light pink lip gloss to your lips, and enjoy!
