Steps:

1. Wash your face.Then, pat dry with a towel.

2. Before starting your makeup, apply a cream day.

3. Apply a foundation that is the same color of your skin, but don't use too much.

4. Apply a small amount of silver/gray eyeshadow, not a sparkly kind, but a kind that is similar to the color Miley is wearing on the part of your eyelid that is shown when you blink.

5. Takes an eyeliner and draws a fairly broad row on your lower eyelid.

6. Apply a black mascara to your top and lower lashes [thicker on the top]

7. Apply a sheer, clear lipgloss.
