Bolt Press Conference

Steps:

1. Wash your face to remove any oil, dirt or make-up. Dab dry with a towel.

2. Apply a base or foundation that best suits your skin tone and rub evenly over your face.

3. Apply a little blush to the apples of your cheeks and blend.

4. Apply black eyeliner to your lower eyelids. (If confused look at the pic)

5. Apply a thick coat of black mascara to the top and bottom eye-lashes. (Not to clumpy)

6. Apply ablack eyeshadow to the outer corners of your eye-lids and smudge towards the center of your eye-lid. You can go under your eyes too like Miley. [see picture]

7. Next apply a little grey eyeshadow around the black to tone down and blend the colors.

8. To finish apply some pink lipgloss to your lips. Enjoy!
